Shipping policy
Thanks for shopping with Culif. Here's how our shipping works. If you have questions about your order, email us at support@culif.com and we'll help you out.
Free Shipping
Every order ships free to the UK, USA, Australia, and most other countries we deliver to. No minimum order value and no hidden fees at checkout. If you're in a remote area or a country we can't currently reach, we'll let you know before processing your order.
When Your Order Ships
We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email (and/or text, if you provided a phone number) with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Delivery Times
- UK deliveries: 3–5 days after dispatch.
- USA deliveries: 5–8 days after dispatch.
- Australia deliveries: 6–10 days after dispatch.
- Other international deliveries: Delivery times vary by country and are influenced by customs processing. Most international orders arrive within 7–14 days after dispatch. If you'd like a more specific estimate for your country before ordering, email us at support@culif.com.
International Customers — Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's authorities are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Culif has no control over these charges, and we recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, email us at support@culif.com with your order number as soon as possible. We can usually make changes within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we're no longer able to modify it, and our standard return policy applies.
Wrong Address on Your Order
If you've entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at support@culif.com. We can update the address if the order hasn't yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we can't redirect it and you'll need to wait for it to be returned to us before we can resend.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with something missing or an item that's not what you ordered, let us know within 30 days by emailing support@culif.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct item at no extra cost.
Package Shows Delivered But Didn't Arrive
If the tracking says your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbours and any safe-drop locations your carrier might have used
- Check for a delivery note with instructions
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@culif.com with your order number
We'll work with the carrier to investigate. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, our direct control is limited, but we'll do everything we can to help track it down.
Express or Rush Shipping
We don't currently offer express or rush shipping. All orders use our standard shipping service.
